Welcome to our Spring Issue one and all! I hope that this includes readers young and old, new and established. Because we are here with what I believe is an important job to do – to tell our stories, past, present and future.
Heritage is not just about walls. I believe that most people hope – secretly or
otherwise – to leave echoes. Some do that with structures and objects, others with community clubs and involvement, some through words and art and images of all kinds – some with all of this!
We love to celebrate these people in our magazine, and the work that they do. I hope that our articles which tell their stories bring you pleasure, along with our focus on landscapes, flora and fauna, food and farming and everything in between.
